
Dedicated Customer Support Specialist for Subscription Services

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Customer Support Representative to join our team in the Subscription-Based Services Department. As a Hebrew-speaking customer support professional, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to clients through various channels.
This role requires a strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences, with a focus on resolving inquiries and issues related to subscription services. You will work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve service objectives and continuously improve customer satisfaction.
To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as fluency in Hebrew (written and spoken). Previous experience in customer support is an asset, but not mandatory.
Responsibilities:- Provide top-notch customer support to Hebrew-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with subscription-related questions and resolve any issues efficiently.
- Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with colleagues to meet service targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay up-to-date on our services and best practices.

- Fluency in Hebrew (written and spoken) is essential.
