Dedicated Customer Experience Specialist for Subscription Services

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled German Speaking Customer Support representative to join our dynamic team in the Subscription-Based Services Department.
This role offers an excellent opportunity to enhance customer satisfaction while working closely with a passionate team. As a German Speaking Customer Support agent, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their inquiries related to subscription services, navigating their accounts, troubleshooting issues, and providing detailed information about the services offered.
Our ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, fluency in German and English, and experience in customer support preferably in subscription-based services. They will also have proficient problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a busy environment.
Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer support in German for subscription-related inquiries
- Assist customers with account management, billing, and subscription changes
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues promptly and effectively
- Educate customers on subscription features and benefits
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
