
Support Specialist For Subscriptions

This is a rewarding opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Customer Support Representative for subscription services. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support in Dutch, assisting customers with inquiries related to their subscriptions, and helping them with account management, billing queries, and technical support.
The ideal candidate will have fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken, prior experience in customer support, preferably in subscription-based services, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, and proficiency in using customer support software and billing systems.
You will also need to be able to work independently and as part of a team, have a positive attitude with a commitment to customer satisfaction, and be willing to learn and adapt to evolving service offerings. Relocation to Greece is required, and a valid EU passport or ID is necessary.

Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer support in Dutch for subscription-related inquiries
- Assist customers with account setup, billing issues, and service modifications
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems efficiently
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure high service standards
- Stay informed about the subscription services and industry trends
