As a key player in our Subscription-Based Services Department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer support to our French-speaking clients.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide clear and concise information about our subscription plans, features, and benefits.
  • Resolve customer complaints in a timely manner while ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Educate customers on how to manage their accounts and subscriptions.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience and service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in both spoken and written French is essential.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles is preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction are necessary.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to collaborate with the team.
  • Familiarity with subscription-based services is beneficial.
