This role is within the Subscription-Based Services Department, where you will be instrumental in delivering top-notch service to our German-speaking customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Support Expertise: Provide excellent support via various channels, including phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely resolutions to customer inquiries and issues.
- Subscription Assistance: Assist customers with inquiries regarding their subscriptions and related services, offering personalized solutions and guidance.
- Troubleshooting and Resolution: Effectively identify and resolve customer issues, maintaining a high level of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Education and Training: Educate customers on subscription features, benefits, and usage, empowering them to make informed decisions.
- Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions for support tracking and improvement purposes.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to enhance the efficiency of customer support processes, sharing knowledge and best practices.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in German (both spoken and written) is essential for this role.
