This role is within the Subscription-Based Services Department, where you will be instrumental in delivering top-notch service to our German-speaking customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Support Expertise: Provide excellent support via various channels, including phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely resolutions to customer inquiries and issues.
- Subscription Assistance: Assist customers with inquiries regarding their subscriptions and related services, offering personalized solutions and guidance.

- Education and Training: Educate customers on subscription features, benefits, and usage, empowering them to make informed decisions.
