Subscription Services Support Representative

We are seeking a skilled customer support professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer-oriented mindset.
Key Responsibilities- Provide top-notch support to Spanish-speaking clients regarding subscription services through various channels.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to subscription management, billing, service features, and account settings.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Document all customer interactions accurately and ensure timely follow-up on any outstanding issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address complex customer inquiries and improve service delivery.
- Keep customers informed about new features, offers, and promotions related to their subscriptions.
- Gather customer feedback to support continuous improvement of services and processes.
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
- Prior experience in customer support, especially in subscription-based services or SaaS industries.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and standard office software.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, if needed.
