We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Dutch Speaking Customer Service Representative.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and has strong communication skills in Dutch and English.
About the Role:- Provide outstanding customer service to our Dutch-speaking customers, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues they may have.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and develop follow-up actions as required.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure effective communication and resolution of customer issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver timely and effective support to customers via various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Stay updated on product offerings, promotions, and platform features to offer knowledgeable assistance.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions.
- Fluency in Dutch and strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Prior experience in customer service, particularly in online shopping or e-commerce, is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach to service.
