Dutch Speaking Customer Service Representative

At our esteemed organization, we are seeking an exceptional Dutch Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team in the Online Travel Department.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing top-notch customer service to Dutch-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
  • Assisting customers with travel bookings, inquiries, and modifications, ensuring all needs are met efficiently.
  • Offering detailed information about travel options, destinations, and promotional offers.
  • Handling customer complaints and feedback with professionalism and a focus on resolution.
  • Collaborating closely with travel partners to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Staying informed about industry trends, travel policies, and company offerings to provide accurate assistance.
  • Documenting all customer interactions thoroughly to aid in service quality improvement.

To excel in this role, you must possess:

  • Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the travel or hospitality industry.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, handle complaints, and resolve issues effectively.
  • Familiarity with online booking systems and customer service software is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
