
Technical Solution Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Technical Solution Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between customer needs and tailored technical solutions.
This position involves working closely with the sales team to provide technical expertise and support during the sales process. The Technical Solution Specialist will understand customer requirements, propose appropriate solutions, and demonstrate their technical capabilities to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer technical requirements and provide tailored technical solutions.
- Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations of cybersecurity and network solutions to potential clients.
- Design and propose customized cybersecurity solutions that address the specific needs of clients.
- Develop and maintain deep knowledge of product offerings, features, and benefits.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers, providing insights and recommendations on best practices in cybersecurity and network solutions.
- Prepare technical proposals according to customer requirements, for RFI, RFQ or RFPs
- Manage and execute PoCs to showcase the effectiveness of our solutions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Security, or a related field.
- 2+ years of relevant pre-sales experience.
- 2+ years of experience in the cybersecurity industry.
- Expertise in cybersecurity technologies across multiple domains (e.g., SIEM, XDR, Cloud Security, Network Security, DLP, PAM, IRM, EMM)
- Familiarity with cybersecurity & networking products from vendors like Microsoft, Palo Alto, Fortinet, Checkpoint, HPE, Cisco.
- Understanding of industry standards and frameworks (e.g., ISO27001, NIST).
- Familiarity with Industry Regulations such as GDPR, DORA, NIS 2.
- Sales, Presales, or Technical Certifications from Cybersecurity technology vendors are required.
- Certifications such as CC, CISSP, CCNA will be considered as a plus.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent writing skills (both for Greek and English) for RFP responses, proposals, and technical documentation.
- Self-motivated, strong analytical skills, and detail-oriented.
- Excellent knowledge of the English language is required.
