Digital Solutions Specialist
As a digital solutions specialist, you will collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and requirements. You will configure and customize software applications according to client specifications, conduct system demonstrations, training sessions, and user acceptance testing. Additionally, you will provide technical support and troubleshooting for application issues, assist in the deployment, integration, and implementation of applications, and develop and maintain documentation related to application configurations and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
For this role, we are looking for individuals with at least 2 years of proven experience as an Applications Consultant or similar role. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is required. Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and application configuration is also necessary. Familiarity with Linux/Unix/AIX O/S, relevant scripting languages (Shell script, perl script), and relational databases (preferably Oracle) is preferred. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, strong communication and interpersonal abilities, and ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively are also essential.
