Job Title

A highly skilled Presales Engineer is required to join our team.

Job Description

We are seeking a talented individual to lead the development of technical solutions and provide exceptional customer service.

  • Evaluate RFQ/RFI/RFP specifications, pinpoint necessary technologies and services
  • Formulate Bids and responses to RFQs/RFIs/RFPs
  • Play a key role in the development of the Bid and Proposal development process
  • Coordinate technical resources as necessary to provide the appropriate and tailor-made solution with the optimal combination of technologies and services to meet the customers' needs
  • Deliver comprehensive technical presentations to customers
  • Follow ICT trends and emerging technologies and introduce solutions accordingly
  • Collateral & Pre-Sales/Sales Material preparation
  • Foster and sustain robust relationships with customers and partners
  • Serve as a technical point of contact for coordinating post-sales implementation and support teams
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • University degree in Computer Science or relevant field; MSc/MBA will be a plus
  • At least 10 years of experience in ICT Technologies & Solutions
  • At least 2 years of Presales experience, ideally in the Public Sector
  • Understanding Services Life Cycle (Design, Implementation, Support, Operation, Optimization)
  • Understand customer technology needs and provide designs and solutions
  • Excellent communication/presentation skills in both Greek and English
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize effectively to meet deadlines
  • Demonstrate the highest degree of professionalism, ethics, quality and integrity
