Dutch Speaking Customer Support Specialist for Aviation

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Aviation Department Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to Dutch-speaking clients through various communication channels.
The ideal candidate will have fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken. Previous experience in customer service, particularly within the aviation or travel sector, is an advantage. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
Responsibilities:
- Provide top-tier support to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to flight bookings, cancellations, and general travel-related questions.
- Handle complaints and resolve issues promptly while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of current airline policies, services, and promotions to provide accurate information.
- Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate smooth transactions and address customer concerns effectively.
- Document all customer interactions meticulously for future reference and quality assurance.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service, particularly within the aviation or travel sector, is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle stressful situations and resolve complaints effectively.
