We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our Aviation Department in Athens, Greece. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to Dutch-speaking clients through various communication channels.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide outstanding customer support to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve inquiries and issues efficiently and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor during all client interactions.
- Document customer interactions accurately to support seamless service delivery.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet performance goals.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your industry knowledge and skills.
- Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Strong interest in aviation and customer service.
- Previous experience in customer service is an advantage, but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Interest in living and working in Athens, Greece.
