We are seeking an exceptional Aviation Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role provides a unique opportunity to support customers in the aviation sector, ensuring an outstanding experience for clients.
About the RoleAs a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to Spanish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat. You will assist customers with inquiries regarding flight bookings, cancellations, and travel information, while handling customer complaints professionally and resolving issues promptly.
Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service to Spanish-speaking clients, exceeding their expectations.
- Assist customers with complex inquiries, offering personalized solutions.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Maintain awareness of aviation policies, regulations, and procedures to provide compliant support.
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in the aviation or travel industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and empathy.
