Patrique Mercier Recruitment is seeking a skilled Aircraft Customer Support Representative to join their team. This role offers a unique opportunity to provide exceptional customer service and support to clients in the aviation industry.
Job Description:- Deliver top-notch customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to aircraft services, bookings, and general assistance.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues professionally while ensuring a positive experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address complex inquiries and provide effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company policies, procedures, and aviation offerings to provide accurate information.
- Document all customer interactions accurately and maintain detailed service records.
- Foster strong relationships with customers to encourage loyalty and repeat business.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Fluency in a Nordic language and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the aviation or travel industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with the capacity to work under pressure.
