We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer support department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our Dutch-speaking clients.
About the Role
- Deliver outstanding customer support through various communication channels.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to our online marketplace platform.
- Document customer interactions accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve service excellence.
- Engage in ongoing training to stay updated on platform features and industry trends.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken) is essential.
- A strong enthusiasm for customer service and online marketplaces.
- Prior experience in customer support is advantageous but not required.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive team player who enjoys working collaboratively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote setting with strong organizational skills.
