Highly Specialized IT Consultant for Dutch Speaking Clients

This is a rare opportunity to join our team as a highly skilled IT consultant specializing in supporting Dutch speaking clients. Based in Athens, you will be working closely with clients to understand their IT support and cybersecurity needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide tailored IT solutions to meet the unique needs of Dutch-speaking clients.
  • Support clients in implementing and optimizing cybersecurity measures and IT support practices.
  • Develop and deliver training sessions to enhance clients' understanding of IT security best practices and tools.
  • Collect and analyze client feedback to contribute to service enhancements and product improvements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client inquiries and improve overall service delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the IT and cybersecurity sectors.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Dutch (spoken and written) is essential; English proficiency is a plus.
  • Experience in consulting, customer support, or IT solutions is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts and IT support practices.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Ability to provide actionable insights and recommendations to clients.
  • Genuine enthusiasm for enhancing client security and IT support.
  • Familiarity with IT tools and customer relationship management (CRM) systems is an advantage.
