Patrique Mercier Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled professional to join our Business Software & CRM Solutions Department in Greece. As a German Speaking Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting clients in navigating and optimizing their business software and CRM solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Consulting with clients to understand their specific business requirements and recommending suitable software and CRM solutions.
  • Providing comprehensive product demonstrations and training sessions to clients in German.
  • Gathering and analyzing client feedback to suggest product enhancements and improvements.
  • Acting as a liaison for German-speaking clients, ensuring a positive and productive customer experience.
  • Collaborating with sales and technical teams to facilitate the successful implementation of solutions.
  • Staying updated on the latest industry trends and advancements in business software and CRM.

Requirements include:

  • Fluency in German and English; knowledge of additional languages is beneficial.
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece - remote work within Greece may be considered.
  • Understanding of business processes and familiarity with software solutions.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Aptitude for analyzing client needs and proposing effective solutions.
  • Proactive and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Comfortable using CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A genuine interest in technology and a commitment to supporting clients in achieving their business goals.
