Patrique Mercier Recruitment is seeking a dynamic professional to join our Business Software & CRM Solutions Department. We are looking for an individual with a deep understanding of business software and customer relationship management systems who can assist clients in enhancing their software capabilities for improved business outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Engage with Nordic-speaking clients to identify their business software and CRM requirements.
  • Provide expert consultations on the implementation and optimization of business software and CRM solutions.
  • Analyze clients' current systems to deliver customized recommendations for improvement.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure the successful configuration and integration of software solutions.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops to help clients effectively utilize their business software.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to provide innovative solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through outstanding service and follow-up.

Requirements

  • Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Finnish) and English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Proven experience in consulting for business software and CRM solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM systems and business software applications.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information for clients.
  • Experience with project management tools and software integration methodologies.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
