Senior E-commerce Consultant - German Language

The position of Senior E-commerce Consultant in the Online Payment Solutions Department is now open. This role is perfect for experienced professionals who want to work with German-speaking clients and help them optimize their online payment processes.

  • Develop and implement customized e-commerce solutions tailored to the specific needs of our German-speaking clients.
  • Support clients throughout the integration process, ensuring a seamless transition to their new payment systems.
  • Provide ongoing training and support to enhance the understanding of the payment solutions among clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and innovations to provide expert advice to clients.
  • Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure optimal client satisfaction and service delivery.
Requirements
  • Fluency in German and English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
  • Experience in e-commerce solutions, online payment systems, or client consulting roles.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and recommend effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster strong client relationships.
  • Knowledge of various online payment platforms and secure payment practices.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
