Business Software Consultant

An exciting opportunity is available for a Business Software Consultant to join our team. As a key member of the Business Software & CRM Solutions Department, you will engage with clients to provide expert guidance and support in leveraging business software and CRM solutions.

Your role will be pivotal in helping clients streamline their processes and increase operational efficiency through customized software solutions. If you are passionate about technology and dedicated to empowering businesses, we would love to have you on board.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Consult with clients to identify their business software and CRM needs.
  • Provide customized recommendations that drive operational improvements.
  • Support clients during the software implementation and configuration process.
  • Conduct training sessions to ensure clients effectively utilize the software features.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to communicate client feedback and facilitate enhancements.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in business software technologies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Fluency in Polish (spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
  • Experience in business software consulting, CRM systems, or related fields is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with a commitment to delivering client-focused solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients.
  • Able to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Team-oriented with a collaborative spirit and approach.
