We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Solutions Expert with exceptional Polish language abilities to join our team in Athens, Greece. As a key member of our Search Engine Customer Experts team, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in digital solutions while working closely with our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Become an expert in digital solutions after our comprehensive product training.
- Consult entrepreneurs and businesses to enhance their online presence and provide insights into how customers search for them.
- Provide assistance to businesses to improve their online visibility across the world's most popular search engine.
- Investigate complex issues thoroughly before defining solutions or escalating them.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Superior Polish language skills and a customer service mindset.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Ability to use desktop computer systems, internet applications, and MS Office.
- Familiarity with Google products (Google Maps, Google Cloud ecosystem).
- Familiarity with Chrome OS & Android Operating Systems.
