Business Analyst / Software Tester

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst / Software Tester to join our team in Athens or work remotely. This role plays a pivotal part in software implementation and maintenance projects, collaborating closely with both internal teams and valued clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performing requirements analysis;
  • Software hands-on testing;
  • Documentation elaboration;
  • End user training and helpdesk activities, for e-Government applications;
  • Communication with the client in French.

Requirements:

  • University degree in Information Technology disciplines;
  • Professional working knowledge of both English and French;
  • Analytical thinking, with good presentation and collaboration skills;
  • Professional experience in requirement analysis, software testing, or application support;
  • Motivated, analytical, communicative, and result-oriented.
