Senior Quality Assurance Professional

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. The successful candidate will lead test activities, collaborating with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to define testing strategies, manage test execution, and oversee defect resolution.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive test plans for software projects;
- Coordinate manual and automated testing efforts, ensuring thorough coverage;
- Lead a team of testers, providing guidance and best practices;
- Ensure test cases align with business requirements and technical specifications;
- Collaborate with development teams to define test environments and data requirements;
- Monitor test execution, track defects, and report on quality metrics.
Requirements:
- University degree or equivalent;
- 5+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance;
- Experience with test management tools and understanding of test automation frameworks;
- Strong knowledge of functional, regression, integration, and performance testing;
- Excellent communication and leadership skills;
- Good command of the English language.
Optional Qualifications:
- Experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies;
- ISTQB Certification is an asset.
