Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Test Leader to join our team. As a key member of our testing department, you will be responsible for defining and implementing test strategies to ensure software quality.

You will develop comprehensive test plans based on project requirements and specifications, monitor manual and automated tests during creation, execution, and maintenance, and ensure that testing processes are improved continuously.

As a Test Leader, you will meet and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to establish testing scopes/strategy, goals, and testing requirements, review and approve all test artifacts and testing deliverables, establish and enforce quality assurance processes and standards, participate and/or lead meetings with client and other parties, demonstrate strategic agility, set priorities based on business requirements, and releases' planning.

You will also openly promote leadership and cooperation across the team, drive for results, encourage decisions, processes, and outcomes of the highest quality, coach, mentor, motivate, and supervise test team members, and stay updated on industry best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Min 7 years of experience in software test analysis with team leadership experience (at least 2 year)
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycle and testing methodologies
  • Deep understanding of non-functional and functional requirements
  • Experience with web services (SOAP and REST), XML, and strong knowledge of API testing (at least five years)
  • Experience using Test management tools such as Jira and Jira Zephyr
  • Factory Acceptance Testing experience.
  • Knowledge of data analysis, data modeling, and BPM standards.
