Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Test Leader to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for defining and implementing test strategies to ensure software quality. You will develop comprehensive test plans based on project requirements and specifications, monitor manual and automated tests during creation, execution, and maintenance, and ensure that testing processes are improved continuously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that testing processes are improved continuously
  • Meet and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to establish testing scopes/strategy, goals, and testing requirements
  • Review and approve all test artifacts and testing deliverables
  • Establish and enforce quality assurance processes and standards
  • Participate and/or lead meetings with client and other parties
  • Demonstrate strategic agility, set priorities based on business requirements, and releases' planning
  • Openly promote leadership and cooperation across the team
  • Drive for results, encourage decisions, processes, and outcomes of the highest quality
  • Coaching, mentoring, motivating, and supervising test team members
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, and at least 7 years of experience in software test analysis with team leadership experience. You should also have strong understanding of software development life cycle and testing methodologies, deep understanding of non-functional and functional requirements, and experience with web services (SOAP and REST), XML, and strong knowledge of API testing.
