Gaming Department Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Dutch speaking customer support representative to join our gaming department. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to customers through phone, email, and live chat.
As a key member of our team, you will engage with customers to resolve their inquiries, provide solutions to technical issues, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system. Your passion for gaming and commitment to customer satisfaction will be essential in helping us deliver an outstanding experience for our players.
- You will have the opportunity to work with cross-functional teams to communicate customer feedback and drive service improvements.
- Your knowledge of gaming trends, product updates, and esports tournaments will enable you to provide knowledgeable support to our customers.
- In addition to your excellent communication skills, you will need to possess strong problem-solving capabilities, a proactive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in Dutch and English is required; additional languages are an asset.
- Experience in customer support, ideally in the gaming or esports industry, is necessary.
- You must have excellent communication skills, a passion for gaming, and strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in standard office software is essential.
