Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to Spanish-speaking clients regarding gaming products and services through phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to game access, account management, troubleshooting, and service policies.
  • Effectively resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure a seamless gaming experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and ensure timely follow-up on pending matters.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer queries and improve service delivery.
  • Stay updated on gaming trends, new releases, and community events to provide relevant assistance.
  • Gather customer feedback to support continuous improvement in services and offerings.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the gaming or esports industry is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction and engagement.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with gaming platforms, CRM systems, and standard office tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
