We are seeking a highly skilled Nordic Speaking Customer Support representative to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, supporting gamers with inquiries and providing exceptional customer service.
Your Responsibilities- Deliver outstanding customer support through various channels, ensuring seamless communication with customers.
- Assist customers with technical issues, product-related inquiries, and account management, maintaining a high level of professionalism and courtesy.
- Document interactions accurately, utilizing our CRM system to track progress and maintain a record of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with colleagues to meet service level goals, working together to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to stay updated on gaming trends and industry knowledge.
- Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish) is essential.
- A strong interest in gaming and e-sports, with the ability to understand and communicate complex game concepts.
- Experience in customer support is beneficial but not required; we are open to candidates from diverse backgrounds who share our passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
