Nordic Speaking Customer Service Professional

At our dynamic organization, we are seeking an exceptional customer service specialist who is proficient in one or more Nordic languages and English. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding service to customers through various communication channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide top-notch customer service to Nordic-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Effectively address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide accurate information about products and services.
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of our offerings to ensure seamless customer interactions.
- Document customer interactions systematically in the CRM system for quality assurance and tracking.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance processes and improve customer service delivery.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to expand your skills.
- Contribute valuable feedback to management regarding customer interactions and service improvements.
Requirements:
- Fluent in one or more Nordic languages (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish) and English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Previous experience in customer service or similar roles is an asset.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
- Willingness to relocate to Athens and adapt to a new cultural setting.
- A positive attitude and enthusiasm for delivering exceptional customer service.
