Nordic Customer Service Agent

We are seeking a Nordic Speaking Customer Support Representative for our Online Pharmacy & Telemedicine Department. This role is perfect for those who are passionate about healthcare and customer service, providing support to clients across Nordic languages.
Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer support to Nordic-speaking clients regarding online pharmacy and telemedicine services via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to prescription management, service usage, and product information.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively, ensuring a high standard of care and satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and ensure timely follow-up on outstanding inquiries.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and internal teams to support patient needs and enhance service quality.
- Stay informed about the latest developments in telemedicine and pharmacy services to provide relevant information to customers.
- Gather feedback from clients to contribute to the continuous improvement of services and processes.
- Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (such as Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish) and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer support, ideally within the healthcare, pharmacy, or telemedicine industry.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on empathy and customer satisfaction.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and standard office applications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
