Nordic Speaking Customer Service Representative

Patrique Mercier Recruitment is seeking an exceptional individual to join our dynamic team as a Nordic Speaking Customer Service Representative in the Hotel Reservations & Hospitality Department.

This role is crucial in delivering top-notch service to clients in the hospitality sector, ensuring their booking experience is seamless and enjoyable. As part of our team, you will interact with customers from Nordic countries, assisting them with hotel reservations, answering inquiries, and providing information on services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer support in Nordic languages (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish) for hotel reservations and related inquiries.
  • Assist customers with booking hotels, modifying reservations, and advising on hospitality offerings.
  • Handle customer complaints and requests promptly and professionally to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and reservations in the system.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve any issues related to bookings and guest services.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and knowledge of the hotel services to provide accurate assistance to clients.
  • Participate in training sessions to improve service skills and enhance product knowledge.
Requirements
  • Fluency in at least one Nordic language (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish) and strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service is preferred, particularly in the hospitality or travel sector.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to customers.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with customers and address their inquiries.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy remote work environment while maintaining accuracy.
  • Attention to detail and good organizational skills for managing customer records.
  • A genuine interest in travel and hospitality, with a collaborative mindset towards team success.
