Nordic Speaking Customer Service Representative

As a key member of our Car Rental Department, you will have the opportunity to deliver exceptional customer service and make a real difference in the travel experiences of our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide outstanding support to Nordic-speaking customers through various communication channels, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.
- Assist with reservations, payment processing, and inquiries related to car rental services, providing accurate information and solutions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our fleet and rental processes, enabling you to provide expert advice and guidance to customers.
- Document all interactions clearly and maintain accurate records, ensuring seamless communication between teams.
Requirements
- Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, Finnish) and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the travel or car rental industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a keen focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
- Familiarity with car rental processes and software is an advantage, as is a passion for travel and assisting clients in making their journey enjoyable.
