Nordic Speaking Customer Service Representative

Patrique Mercier Recruitment ES is seeking passionate individuals who can deliver outstanding customer service to Nordic-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
The successful candidate will be the vital link between our clients and our transportation services. They will ensure that customers feel valued and supported as they navigate their journeys.
Your Amazing Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to Nordic-speaking clients via multiple communication channels.
- Resolve inquiries and issues quickly and efficiently, ensuring every customer leaves satisfied.
- Educate clients on our transportation services and provide helpful recommendations to enhance their travel experience.
- Document customer interactions accurately, contributing to our mission of continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with team members to share insights and best practices, creating a positive and innovative workplace.
- Participate in fun training sessions to develop your skills and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
Requirements
- Fluency in a Nordic language (Norwegian, Danish, or Finnish) and English is essential.
- A passion for customer service and a friendly, engaging personality.
- Previous experience in customer service or the transportation industry is a plus, but not required.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
