We are seeking an exceptional customer service professional to join our airline reservations team.
Job DescriptionThis is a dynamic opportunity for individuals passionate about travel and providing top-notch customer service. As a Nordic Speaking Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients via phone, email, and chat regarding airline reservations and ticketing.
- You will assist customers with booking inquiries, changes to itineraries, and general travel information.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently while ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of airline policies, promotions, and services to inform customers effectively.
- Process reservations, ticketing, changes, and cancellations with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Provide expert customer service to Nordic-speaking clients.
- Assist with booking inquiries and changes to itineraries.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (such as Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish) and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in the travel or airline industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
