Nordic Speaking Customer Service Representative

  • Provide exceptional support to customers who are looking to make reservations, change flight details, or inquire about airline policies in a Nordic language.
  • Handle changes, cancellations, and special requests with care and attention to ensure a smooth customer experience.
  • Document and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system for seamless collaboration and decision-making.
  • Collaborate with ground staff and other departments to resolve customer issues promptly and effectively.
  • Stay informed on airline policies, procedures, and destination information to provide customers with accurate and up-to-date details.
  • Engage in proactive communication with customers to guide them through the booking process and enhance their travel experience.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions to develop product knowledge and customer service skills that drive business growth and excellence.
Key Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Fluency in a Nordic language (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish, or Icelandic) and strong English communication skills.
  • Prior experience in customer service, particularly in the travel or airline industry, is highly beneficial.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to assist customers professionally and empathetically.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills for accurately handling customer bookings.
  • A genuine interest in travel and the airline sector, with a desire to help customers have a positive experience.
