Nordic Language Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a Nordic Language Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer service department, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support to our clients.
Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate will be fluent in one or more Nordic languages and have excellent communication skills. You will be responsible for interacting with customers via phone, email, and chat to assist with inquiries and resolve issues. Additionally, you will provide accurate information on products and services to enhance the customer experience.
You will work closely with our CRM system to maintain detailed records of customer interactions, track issues and solutions, and collaborate with team members to improve service quality and efficiency.
Your ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment while remaining detail-oriented is crucial to your success in this role.
