Nordic Language Support Specialist

Job Description- Deliver outstanding customer service to Nordic-speaking clients through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
- Address customer inquiries and provide detailed information regarding our products and services.
- Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to improve customer experience and resolve any issues.
Key Qualifications:
- Fluency in at least one Nordic language (such as Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish) and English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
- Prior experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
