We are seeking a skilled Travel Agent to provide exceptional customer support in Athens, Greece. As the first point of contact for our partners, you will be responsible for resolving inquiries and ensuring a high level of service.
- Fluency in Polish is required, with advanced English skills and excellent communication skills also necessary.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing accurate and complete information to customers
- Resolving basic questions and queries related to modifications to rooms, rates, and availability
- Ensuring a positive partner experience
Requirements:
- Fluency in Polish (spoken & written)
- English skills: Advanced
- Excellent communication skills and customer-oriented attitude
