We are seeking a dedicated Danish Speaking Customer Support Agent to join our team in Athens, Greece. In this exciting role, you will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in a new culture while providing exceptional travel support to customers.
Job DescriptionThis is an ideal position for individuals who possess excellent communication skills and a passion for travel. As a Danish Speaking Customer Support Agent, you will be responsible for assisting Danish-speaking clients with their travel inquiries, bookings, and concerns via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide outstanding customer service to Danish-speaking clients.
- Assist customers with inquiries about travel services, bookings, and special requests.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for travel and providing excellent customer service.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Fully Paid Training.
