Job DescriptionIn this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer support to Danish-speaking clients through various communication platforms, including phone, email, and chat. You will address inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver top-quality customer support to Danish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Address client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest products and services to provide accurate assistance to clients.
- Document all client interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the team to enhance service quality and implement best practices.
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as the ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a remote setting. You should also be proficient in English and fluent in Danish, both written and spoken.
We are looking for individuals who are highly motivated, flexible, and able to adapt to changing situations. Prior experience in customer service or a related field is preferred, but not required.
