Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat, ensuring seamless interactions with Danish-speaking clients.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently and professionally, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest IT company products and services to assist customers effectively and provide expert advice when needed.
- Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system, utilizing detailed notes to enhance customer relationships.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality and improve overall customer satisfaction, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Participate in training and team meetings to stay informed about new products and policies, ensuring your knowledge stays current and relevant.

Required Skills and Qualifications- Fluent in Danish, both written and spoken; proficiency in English is required.
