Support Specialist for Social Media

This role involves engaging with Danish-speaking users via instant messaging, providing assistance with issues concerning social media accounts and platform functionalities.
Key Responsibilities- Respond promptly to inquiries from Danish-speaking users.
- Provide solutions related to social media platforms.
- Deliver effective and friendly support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Keep accurate records of interactions and solutions to build a supportive knowledge base.
- Collaborate with other teams to escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Stay informed on the latest social media trends and company guidelines.
- Contribute insights for improving customer support processes and user interactions.
- Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on providing outstanding customer service.
- Previous experience in customer support or social media engagement is preferred.
- Ability to multitask and manage several conversations at once.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and instant messaging tools.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a positive demeanor in challenging situations.
