We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for Danish-speaking customers. You will provide support and guidance through multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat.
Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service to Danish-speaking clients via multiple channels.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries efficiently, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Stay updated on company products and services to assist customers effectively.
- Accurately record customer interactions in the database for future reference.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance service delivery and share best practices.
- Engage in training and development initiatives to continuously improve service skills.
- Gather customer feedback to help improve service standards.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to customer service excellence.
- Previous experience in customer service or a similar field is advantageous.
- Proficiency in problem-solving and conflict resolution.
- A positive attitude and willingness to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
- Collaboration skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
