As a Danish Speaking Customer Service Representative for our E-commerce Department, you will be the primary point of contact for our Danish-speaking customers.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat, addressing product and order-related inquiries from Danish-speaking clients.
- Assist customers with their online shopping experience by providing product selection guidance, processing orders efficiently, and resolving payment issues promptly.
- Address customer complaints and feedback professionally, ensuring timely and effective resolutions that meet our high standards.
- Collaborate closely with logistics and fulfillment teams to track orders accurately and keep customers informed about their status.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our product offerings, promotions, and website functionalities to provide expert advice to customers.
- Document all customer interactions thoroughly, highlighting trends and areas for improvement to enhance our customer service offering.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that focus on enhancing the overall customer experience through suggestions and feedback.
- Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in e-commerce or retail, is advantageous but not essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are vital for building strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
- Able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in customer service platforms and Microsoft Office applications is necessary for efficient task management.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are crucial for maintaining accuracy and productivity.
- A genuine passion for online shopping and customer engagement is highly desirable.
