Job DescriptionIn this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to Danish-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. You will assist customers with inquiries related to flight bookings, changes, cancellations, and general travel information. A comprehensive knowledge of airline policies, travel regulations, and destination information is essential to provide accurate assistance.
Responsibilities- Provide high-level customer service to Danish-speaking clients via multiple communication channels.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding flight-related matters, including booking, changes, and cancellations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of airline policies, travel regulations, and destination information.
- Document customer feedback and interactions in our CRM system for record-keeping and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery and enhance customer experiences.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and stay updated on industry trends.
- Fluency in Danish, both written and spoken; proficiency in English is required.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills, with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the travel or airline industry, is advantageous.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and support tools is beneficial.
