Are you a fluent Danish speaker looking for an exciting career opportunity? Our multinational client is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team in Greece, working remotely or onsite.
Key Responsibilities:Manage incoming calls with professionalism and efficiency. Identify and address customer needs to achieve satisfaction.
Build trust through open and interactive communication. Provide accurate and timely information using established methods and tools.
Keep detailed records of customer interactions and process accounts with precision.
Foster strong relationships with customers by following effective communication procedures and guidelines.
Requirements:Native or near-native Danish language skills (C2 level). Excellent command of the English language (B2-C1 level).
Good MS Office skills and experience in phone contact handling. Strong active listening and communication skills.
Customer-focused with ability to adapt to different personalities. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
