We are seeking an exceptional Norwegian-speaking customer service representative to join our team on a remote basis in Greece.
This exciting opportunity allows you to work from the comfort of your own home, providing top-notch support to Norwegian-speaking customers while enjoying the beautiful Greek scenery.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver outstanding customer service via phone, email, and chat to ensure a seamless experience for our clients.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly, providing accurate information and solutions.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of company products and services to deliver excellent support.
- Document customer interactions meticulously in the CRM system for effective tracking and analysis.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and streamline processes.
- Participate in training sessions to foster professional development and service excellence.
Requirements
- Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong communication skills with a customer-centric focus.
- Ability to thrive in a remote work environment while being self-motivated.
- Prior experience in customer service is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
- Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems is a plus.
