We are looking for a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in Athens. As a key member of our Car Rental Department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to Norwegian-speaking clients via phone, email, and in-person.
Responsibilities:
- Provide world-class customer service to Norwegian-speaking clients.
- Assist customers with reservations, inquiries, and any issues they may encounter.
- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor at all times.
- Document customer interactions accurately to assist in service improvements.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental objectives.
- Engage in ongoing training to stay informed about services and best practices.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Norwegian (both written and spoken) is essential.
- A passion for customer service and a desire to help others.
- Previous experience in customer service or the travel industry is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive attitude and ability to handle inquiries professionally.
