Key Responsibilities- Deliver Outstanding Customer Service: Engage with Norwegian-speaking clients to understand their needs and provide effective solutions.
- Handle Customer Inquiries: Respond to customer inquiries in a clear and concise manner.
- Resolve Customer Complaints: Work collaboratively with team members to resolve customer complaints and ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain Accurate Records: Keep detailed records of customer interactions in our CRM platform.
- Participate in Training Sessions: Enhance product knowledge and improve customer service skills through regular training sessions.
- Collaborate with Team Members: Share feedback and best practices with team members to enhance overall performance.
- Language Skills: Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken.
- Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with customers.
- Customer Support Experience: Prior experience in customer support is preferred but not required.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrate problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Positive Attitude: Possess a positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Attention to Detail: Be detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
